Our team

Ian is a Chartered Psychologist with honours degree and PhD from Brunel University

Ian has always been fascinated by why people behave as they do and especially the significant impact of organisational arrangements on behaviour. He assumes we are inherently creative and want to contribute but that the quality of leadership and the way that organisations are set up can make this very difficult.

More detail of his work can be found in our story.
