Positive results
There are very positive results not only improvements in organisational effectiveness but also student outcomes and staff well-being.
Results of this work have been published in our book: Improving Schools Using Systems Leadership and several individual case studies. These describe how clarifying work, roles, expectations and building a positive culture using the Tools of Leadership led to improved student outcomes.
These improvements have been demonstrated in such diverse locations as the Midlands of the UK, New York and the Torres Strait Islands.

We have worked with many multi-national and large national companies on complete transformation of their culture, structure and systems.
Heads of Business
We worked directly with the CEO and Heads of Business and Functions to redesign the entire organisation and clarify the purpose of the organisation, roles and work to help build a culture that can deliver that purpose. This work is not presented as an “initiative” or “programme” but a transformation of the way people work together.
