Matthew has extensive experience in school leadership across small and large schools and remote, regional and metropolitan centres.  
 
Currently the principal of Boondall State School in Brisbane, Matthew works with his own school leaders, as well as principals within the metropolitan north region (the highest achieving region in Queensland), to improve their capability to create positive, productive cultures. 

Matthew’s special interests include leadership development and school improvement.
