Margaret has built an international reputation as a leading HR professional.

Margaret was the Global HR Manager for P&O International Operations, before moving to P&O Ports London as Global HR Director. She spent 16 years in Mining with Anglo Gold Ashanti and Anglo American in People management roles and leading large re-design projects before taking the role of Global Head of Operational Effectiveness -designing and implementing structures and systems for the entire organisation with emphasis on Operational and Technical Leadership, Sustainability & Social Performance.

Margaret has extensive on-the-ground experience in Europe, Australia, Southern and Western Africa, India, and the Americas. She currently consults to a leading US global company using Systems Leadership concepts, methodologies, and tools for the design of core people systems in a post-acquisition environment.  Australian born, she was educated at Monash University (BEcon) and The University of Melbourne (M.Econ).
