Having served many years in public schools as a leader at many levels, mostly as principal, Gary has used the theory provided in the material of Systems Leadership to achieve region leading outcomes for students and staff across all facets of the business. He enjoys presenting the material to a wide spectrum of industries and workplaces in a passionate and fun filled manner.
