Steve has a demonstrated track record over 30 years leading large metals and mining organizations across a variety of international settings.

Having been introduced to Systems Leadership modeling in 1992 and at that time participating first hand in a major organizational transformation in New Zealand, Steve has had the opportunity to test and apply the models in his own work, initially in Australasia then further to Canada, Russia, Great Britain, the broader Europe and Africa. 

Steve has expertise across a diverse range of disciplines, spanning manufacturing and operational leadership, to the more corporate sales and marketing, risk management and finance support. He is experienced working within a board environment and during his career has acted as director for a number of mining and metals organizations.

Most recently, Steve’s work with the global aluminum producer RUSAL, lead the way in decarbonisation of consumer products through the supply chain, which has shaped standards across the industry.
