Roderick provides support and coaching to leaders as they go about creating the right environment for people to engage and give of their best. He has been using the approaches within Systems Leadership since 1996.

He has experience in the fields of organisational change, coaching, training , and organization development. In 2023 Roderick received the Richard Beckhard award from the International Organization Development Association (IODA).

He works across a range of businesses and non-profit organisations around the world and has seen Systems Leadership used in a variety of national cultures and contexts. He frequently leads our well known ‘Working Together’ programs, Organizational Culture reviews, as well as Social Process Skills training and coaching for managerial-leaders.

Roderick is based in Sydney, Australia.
