Mandy has over 30 years experience in education as a teacher, principal, lead principal, assistant regional director and currently as a school supervisor.

Mandy currently works closely with school leadership teams to maximise their resourcing through the design of effective systems that build capability of all staff to deliver positive student outcomes in some of Queensland’s most remote and complex community settings.

Her particular interests include the education of First Nation’s children, leadership development of school teams and the development of interagency approaches to meet the complex needs of students and communities in rural and remote contexts.

Mandy currently enjoys living in the beautiful sea-side Cairns suburb of Palm Cove in far north Queensland.
