Hilton has 30 years’ experience working with organisations across 8 countries.
Much of this work has been in mining and related industry, but also in other sectors, including banking, local government, educational and community organisations & small businesses.
Hilton has worked extensively with all elements of Systems Leadership, providing advice, training and support for applying the principles to work and life challenges.
Working easily with people at all levels in organisations and society, Hilton is able to view social interactions and systems from various perspectives, as well as the impact of beliefs and behaviour on ourselves and others. He aims to support the integration of understanding and managing social process as central part of all management and executive work.
Beyond the workplace he provides personal guidance and group work for a more conscious approach to relationships and life's challenges
He has degrees in Psychology from Cape Town and Sydney Universities.
