Clive has extensive experience in school education as a teacher, principal, principal supervisor and regional director in the Queensland Department of Education.

He works with schools and other organisations, delivering training and coaching to school leaders and executives to improve their capability to create positive, productive cultures.

His special interests include organisational change, leadership development and school improvement.

Clive lives at Palm Cove near Cairns in far north Queensland.
