Ben has been in various educational leadership roles across Queensland for over 20 years. 

Ben is currently Deputy Principal at Malanda SHS, a rural high school in Far North Queensland with region leading student outcomes.  He has been utilising SLT in schools since 2013 and built a range of schoolwide systems over the years.  Alongside delivery of ‘Working Together’ courses, Ben has also shared bespoke sessions with other schools on ‘Quality Assurance and Calibration of Systems’ and the ‘Consistency of Practice Console’ built at Malanda SHS.
