His journey has taken him from running a small network of printshops, to heading HR in Europe for a global software company, to founding and leading consulting firms focused on leadership assessment and organisational development.
He is particularly fascinated by the interplay between organisational structure and culture, leadership capability, and business performance. His approach combines rigorous analysis with a deep understanding of human potential, always aiming to align people, roles, and strategic goals.
